How It Works
- Step 1 Pledge – Collect 10% of total crowdfunding goal in pledges. We currently have $13,000 pledged towards our $50,000 goal.
- Step 2 Vetting – Pass a thorough vetting process including: bank review, lawyer review, CPA review, and background checks.
- Step 3 Raise Funds – Pledged funds are collected and held in escrow while remaining funds are collected.
Successful completion of the vetting process activates a 6-month timer for us to reach $500,000 goal. In the event we succeed, investors will receive ownership papers and Inplay Dogs will receive the funds. If we fail, all investments will be returned to investors.
